A sport poker club with no money at stake: tournaments seven nights a week in Bounty, Mystery Bounty, Deep Stack and Phoenix formats, a community past ten thousand players, a hundred entrants a day and a Russian record of 185 in a single tournament. Plus a monthly final for the top 27 out of town and free coaching sessions.
What we did
- 01Moved table seating onto the Floor module: seat draws, re-entries and table breaks on bust-outs are computed automatically instead of by hand at the dealer’s station.
- 02Linked registration to the player profile and rating — on entry, the desk sees past participation and standing in the monthly final race.
- 03Built an attendance forecast per tournament format: for Mystery Bounty the club sets extra tables up front instead of dragging them in mid-evening.
- 04Merged five branches into one digest: where dealers ran short, where tables idled, where final qualification is running ahead of plan.
