Model loop
The model learns on one site’s own history. No “industry benchmarks” standing in for your data: with thin history, the module says plainly that it is still estimating roughly.

Action loop
A decision reaches the person where they already work: the POS screen, the shift chat, the lead’s tablet. A separate app has never saved anyone.
