Five brands from the premium Cosmos Collection to the budget Cosmos Smart and Cosmos Stay apartments. A four-tier Cosmos Stars loyalty programme with up to 10% cashback, an in-house tour operator and a corporate academy.
What we did
- 01Took on the hotels’ food-and-beverage side — the part that usually lives apart from room booking. Breakfasts, banquets and lobby bars now share one loop with the room grid.
- 02Taught the forecast to read arrivals: if Thursday’s occupancy is 140 rooms higher, the kitchen sees it on Wednesday morning and procurement goes out at the right volume.
- 03Separated standards by brand: Collection and Smart run different write-off norms and different breakfast menus on one module and one site model.
- 04Connected Cosmos Stars tiers to the restaurant guest profile — a Platinum guest is recognised at the table, not only at the front desk.
